For over 23 years, Karol Mercurio has been a Franchise Consultant, accumulating over 30 years of experience in the franchising industry. She holds the distinction of being IFPG’s first-ever franchise consultant and one of the pioneering female consultants in franchising.

Karol's journey in franchising began at Nutrisystem, where she spent 12 years developing and delivering training programs to new franchisees. Later, she served as Great Clips' Franchise Development Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region.

Throughout her career, Karol has successfully guided numerous individuals towards owning their own businesses, making her a beacon for women in franchising. Her extensive experience and insights have proven invaluable to IFPG and its members.
