The issue is that this customer is an active member who has been visiting the franchise three times a week for the past six months.

What went wrong? Both of these "marketing failures" wasted the franchisee's local marketing budget, harmed the relationship with a loyal customer, and exacerbated the frustration of an unhappy one.
