Franchise interview with Ford's Garage
Ford's Garage is a restaurant chain that draws inspiration from 1920s garages, holding licensing rights from Ford Motor Company. It has become well-known nationwide for its nostalgic atmosphere and genuine American cuisine. The décor inside mimics a traditional 1920s service station, featuring vintage vehicles, fixtures, and gas pumps. A standout feature is a suspended Model T or Model A car above the central bar, surrounded by Prohibition-era elements like brick walls, richly colored woods, and a hand-hammered copper bar top. The staff wears mechanic shirts, napkins are made from blue shop towels, restroom sinks are crafted from tires, and the faucets resemble fuel pump nozzles.
